ID123 is a mobile ID solution comprised of a web-based ID management system for school administrators to securely issue and manage digital ID cards, and a mobile app for Android and iOS devices where digital credentials can be easily stored, accessed, and used. Digital ID cards can be issued to students, faculty, alumni, employees, contractors, and guests via email. Administrators can also send important messages to their cardholders through the mobile application.
Key features of the Ethos integration
ID123 can sync certain student, faculty, alumni or parent data (e.g. Name, Year, Email, ID, etc.) from Banner or Colleague into their ID123 account (ID Management System). ID123 will automatically sync new data or update existing data from Banner or Colleague into the ID Management System (IDMS) periodically. After the data is first synced to the IDMS, the institution will be able to trigger invitation emails to their users (e.g. students) enabling them to install their digital ID card from the mobile ID app.
